Job Summary
The Life Cycle Services Coordinator serves as a coordinator within the Service department in San Luis Obispo, CA. The primary focus of the position is to provide potential and existing customers with exceptional service by identifying customer needs, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are handled within the company’s standards and expectations.
Coordinates successful execution of all Lifecycle services at their assigned location. Supports customer service function by managing appropriate coverage of staff to ensure customer needs are met. Delivers potential and existing customers with exceptional Lifecycle services. Supports internal management of services delivery is executed smoothly through effective cross-functional teamwork with Lifecycle and H2O Engineering employees across all locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts, and provide direction as necessary, to team members to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are handle within the company’s standards and expectations.
- Coordinates successful execution of lifecycle service offerings, including rental, “as a service” solutions, digital services, field and technical services, and customer service (including parts sales and warranty administration.)

Manufacturing Technician II - San Luis Obispo, CA
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Manufacturing Technician II position is an elevation of the Manufacturing Technician I position. It acknowledges specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. An employee in this position will be responsible for all aspects of the production process including, subassembly, fabrication, electrical, plumbing, quality control, safety, and housekeeping. He/she will also be responsible for learning and conforming to all company and departmental policies and procedures. This employee will also lead safety and skills training sessions as well as monitoring the shop for adherence to company processes and policies. This employee will be expected to serve as role model to others in his day to day role, with regards to performance, attitude, punctuality, and adherence to H2O policies and procedures.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanical Design Engineer II - San Luis Obispo, CA

Position Objective
The Engineering Manager plans, organizes, and directs engineering staff to meet company objectives for design, product development and improvement of existing product lines.
The Engineering Manager will be directly responsible for resource allocation, departmental planning, budget maintenance, and performance reporting, as well as supervising the Engineering Department staff in project assignment, task management, prioritization, and scheduling. The position will also direct staff toward company and departmental objectives for both new and existing product research, development, and design.

Shipping and Receiving Specialist - San Luis Obispo, CA
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist (SRS) plays an integral role within the Operations Dept. of H2O Engineering. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP of Operations. The SRS’s main responsibilities are to uphold H2O safety standards of conduct, maintain accurate, on time shipments, manage on hand inventory levels, maintain warehouse organization, and communicate parts needs through appropriate channels. The SRS travels locally to gather and/or deliver materials and products for various manufacturing projects.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate transport of goods with freight companies
- Prepares and expedites outgoing products, including labeling and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinates, receives, inspects, and documents.
- Maintains inventory counts in company system and ensures counts are accurate.
- Verifies part numbers and quantities against packing lists and purchase orders to ensure accuracy of products being shipped and received.
- Examines outgoing and incoming shipments for damage and reports issues to Quality Control Department.
- Move products utilizing pallet jack and forklift to convey, move or hoist shipping materials to appropriate areas.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
- Assists other departments and coordinates with operational activities as needed.
